By accessing or using PromptVault, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Purchases and Refunds

All prompt purchases are final. Since digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased prompt, contact support and we will resolve it.

4. Intellectual Property

Prompts purchased on PromptVault are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish purchased prompts. The output generated by using a prompt belongs to you.

5. Seller Terms

If you sell prompts on PromptVault, you represent that you have the right to sell the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use PromptVault to:

• Upload malicious, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempt to scrape or bulk-download prompts
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Interfere with the operation of the service

7. Limitation of Liability

PromptVault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the output of AI prompts.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
